This year the Bell County Bar Association Paralegals will NOT be having a separate Christmas party. However, all BCBAP members are invited to attend the Bell County Bar Association party on Thursday, December 13, at the Harris Community Center. The cost is $35 per person. Hors d’oeuvers served at 6:00 p.m., and dinner at 7:00 p.m. Tacky Christmas Sweater Contest (optional). Bring an unwrapped toy for the KCEN Camo Santa Drive.
The Bell County Bar Association Paralegals will meet November 15 at 12:00 noon in Auxiliary Courtroom No. 2 at the Justice Center in Belton. Attorney Chris Philley will provide helpful hints, tips, and recommendations for dealing with family law dockets in Williamson and Travis Counties. The meeting has been approved for 0.75 hours MCLE credit, and lunch will be provided at no cost to members. Attorneys are welcome.
Fred Behning, Director of Digital Forensics, at Califorensics will present "Technology Related to Discovery of Information/ Data from Electronic Devices" at the October 18 Meeting. The session has been awarded one hour of CLE and begins at 12:00 noon in Auxiliary Courtroom No. 2 of the Justice Center. Attorneys are invited to attend.
